Marcus and Joanne are accomplished leadership consultants and facilitators with decades of combined experience across corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial sectors. They specialize in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and executive coaching.

Both have trained under Jean McLendon, a leading authority in the Satir Model and a senior organizational consultant with global experience. Marcus and Jo are active members of the Satir Legacy Program and co-lead its Leadership Working Group. Their work reflects a deep commitment to translating the principles of the Satir Growth Model into actionable strategies for today’s leaders.

Their facilitation approach is structured, focused, and grounded in real-world leadership—offering tools and insights that can be applied immediately in organizational settings.

Supervising Consultant: Jean McLendon
Jean McLendon brings over four decades of experience in leadership development, organizational consulting, and human systems change. A direct student of Virginia Satir, Jean is internationally recognized for her ability to integrate systems thinking, personal development, and leadership strategy. She serves as a senior advisor to this program and provides ongoing consultation to the facilitation team.


Program Investment

  • $100 USD per person per session

  • Billed monthly, regardless of attendance
