Take your understanding of the Satir Growth Model to the next level with this year-long, in-person experiential training group led by Jean McLendon & Regina Taggart. This training group is geared towards individuals who are looking to apply the Satir model to their personal and professional lives. This group generally meets in-person twice a month, on Tuesday afternoons from 3:00-5:00 PM in the Satir Systems’ group room.

Rooted in the Satir Growth Model and Satir Leadership Model, this three-day intensive blends practical tools with deep insight into human systems. You'll gain concrete strategies to improve productivity, strengthen team relationships, and lead in ways that are clear, congruent, and deeply human.

Fundamentally Satir - An Introduction (Virtual)
A three-day virtual introduction to the Satir Growth Model, an experiential approach to understanding yourself, improving communication, and creating meaningful, lasting change in your relationships. Through film, teaching, and guided practice, you’ll see the model in action and begin applying it right away.
Family Reconstruction: Inside the Process (Virtual)
Learn to lead one of the most powerful processes in the Satir Growth Model — segment by segment, from the inside out. Join Jean McLendon and Regina Taggart for a rare three-part online training in Family Reconstruction facilitation, rooted directly in Virginia Satir's lineage.
Family Reconstruction: Maternal Session (Virtual)

JEDI Training
Identifying and Overcoming Systemic Oppression.
This 2-day training is for anyone who wants to make a difference, from the timid to the courageous who want to increase tools, competence, and confidence to advocate for fairness for any marginalized group whose civil liberties are systemically undermined. We will focus on race/ethnicity/white privilege, however our work is applicable to any category of oppression.
Energizing Couples In Therapy Using The Satir Growth Model
Join us for an immersive hybrid session led by Jean McLendon, LCSW, LMFT & Ann Riley, PhD, MSW centered on utilizing the Satir Growth Model in couples therapy. A theoretical review of the self/other/context framework will provide a solid foundation for exploring couples’ dynamics through a multisensory lens. In this experiential workshop, participants will learn how to help couples communicate when past trauma interferes with authentic connection.
