      Satir Leadership Development Workshop

The Satir Leadership Development Workshop is a dynamic, in-person training designed to help you become a more confident, authentic, and effective leader—one who can bring out the best in others while navigating complexity with clarity and compassion.
Rooted in the Satir Growth Model and Satir Leadership Model, this three-day intensive blends practical tools with deep insight into human systems. You'll gain concrete strategies to improve productivity, strengthen team relationships, and lead in ways that are clear, congruent, and deeply human.

➤ Format: Meets twice monthly
Take your understanding of the Satir Growth Model to the next level with this year-long, in-person experiential training group led by Jean McLendon & Regina Taggart. This training group is geared towards individuals who are looking to apply the Satir model to their personal and professional lives. This group generally meets in-person twice a month, on Tuesday afternoons from 3:00-5:00 PM in the Satir Systems’ group room.

      Satir Coaching & Mentoring Specialist Certification Program
~ Become a Certified Satir Coach ~
Enhance your knowledge of the Satir Model and gain comprehensive training in coaching and mentoring others with the transformative Satir approach. With the successful completion of this 10-month program, you will be officially certified through The Virginia Satir Global Network, and your name will be listed as a certified Satir Coach.

Identifying and Overcoming Systemic Oppression.
This 2-day training is for anyone who wants to make a difference, from the timid to the courageous who want to increase tools, competence, and confidence to advocate for fairness for any marginalized group whose civil liberties are systemically undermined. We will focus on race/ethnicity/white privilege, however our work is applicable to any category of oppression.
 
        
      
      Energizing Couples In Therapy Using The Satir Growth Model
Join us for an immersive hybrid session led by Jean McLendon, LCSW, LMFT & Ann Riley, PhD, MSW centered on utilizing the Satir Growth Model in couples therapy. A theoretical review of the self/other/context framework will provide a solid foundation for exploring couples’ dynamics through a multisensory lens.
