Change is constant. How you meet it makes all the difference.
This training approaches leadership as a way of being, not just a role. You'll learn to use yourself intentionally — as an instrument of connection, clarity, and change — for the people and communities counting on you.
What You'll Explore
Life is a lot right now. Change is coming from every direction — government, policy, systems, schools, relationships. It's relentless. And right in the middle of all that chaos, you're here to lead through it — and ideally, create something better on the other side.
That takes something most leadership trainings never touch.
This workshop starts with you — because change ultimately starts with you. We'll work through three layers:
Peace Within
How you resource yourself from the inside out. How you stay steady, stay focused, and keep your stress responses from running the show — so you can show up fully for the work that matters.
Peace Between
How you truly see the people around you. How the chaos of change is landing on them. How systemic oppression means we aren't all on equal footing — and how you help the people you serve find their own internal resources to navigate what they're facing.
Peace Among
This is where it gets macro. The change you're navigating isn't just personal — it's organizational, communal, systemic. Policy shifts. Leadership transitions. Institutions under pressure. Communities in crisis. You're operating in multiple systems at once, and each one has its own change process happening.
Here you'll learn to read those systems — understand where change is moving, where it's stuck, and where the levers are. So you can lead with intention, advocate with clarity, and create the kind of change that actually shifts things.
What the Experience Is Like
This is not just a lecture. You won't leave with a binder full of frameworks you never open again.
This is experiential learning — the way the Satir model was always meant to be taught. You'll move between instruction, structured exercises, small group conversations, and guided reflection — working directly with the material in real time. What you discover about yourself in this room, you'll be able to use the moment you walk out of it.
Who This Is For
This training is for people who lead — formally or informally — in complex, high-stakes environments:
Community organizers and advocates
Social workers and case managers
Nonprofit directors and program leaders
School counselors, educators, and administrators
Public health professionals
Government and policy professionals
Therapists and clinicians working at the systems level
Anyone working at the intersection of people and change
If you're here to make things better — for your community, your organization, or the people you serve — this training is for you.
