Groups we’ve offered in the past
Consultation Group: A year-long professional development group for applying the Satir Growth Model in therapy, training, and organizational settings. Participants bring real cases and challenges; facilitated by Jean McLendon.
Experiential Process Group: An in-person, immersive group for those seeking to integrate the Satir Model more deeply. Emphasizes direct experience, group process, and personal growth — co-facilitated by Jean McLendon and Regina Taggart.
Clinical Supervision Group: A supportive space for licensed therapists to deepen clinical insight through live case consultation, personal reflection, and Satir-informed practice. Led by Regina Taggart.
Leadership Development Group: A peer forum for managers, directors, and organizational leaders. Applies the Satir Growth Model to real-time leadership challenges — building interpersonal agility, systems thinking, and emotional intelligence.
Not all groups are offered every year. The mix shifts based on community need and facilitator availability. We'll share the 2027 lineup — and open registration — as soon as details are set.
