Description
Deepen your practice and expand your professional skills through this year-long online consultation and development group. Together we’ll explore how to effectively apply the Satir Growth Model in therapeutic, organizational, and training contexts.
Participants will bring real cases, questions, and challenges from their own professional settings, while working with an experienced facilitator to uncover new ways of engaging and growing. This group offers both practical application and professional support in an intimate, ongoing format.
Facilitator
Jean McLendon, LCSW, LMFT
Jean is internationally recognized for her expertise in the Satir Growth Model. A long-time student and colleague of Virginia Satir, Jean is known for her ability to bring the model to life in therapeutic, organizational, and training settings. She has decades of experience training professionals worldwide and is a sought-after consultant, therapist, and mentor.
Regina Taggart, LCSW will serve as backup facilitator as needed.

Cost & Payment Options
The full year’s cost is $1,650, which equates to $75 per session for 22 online meetings. Participation is a year-long commitment.

Quarterly Plan – $412.50 per quarter (4 total payments)
Monthly Plan – $152 per month (12 payments; includes a minor surcharge)
The first payment is due upon acceptance into the group.
