Join Senior Satir trainers Jean McLendon and Regina Taggart for a rare, in-depth training experience in the art and practice of Family Reconstruction. This two-part masterclass series offers both structured training and immersive participation—designed to help practitioners develop the insight, skills, and presence needed to guide this transformative process responsibly and with depth.

Part 2: Experience the Process

A three-day, in-person experience centered around a live Family Reconstruction facilitated by Jean and Regina. Participants may take on role-player roles, witness the process as observers, and reflect as a group on key moments of learning.

Part 1: How to Facilitate a Reconstruction

An interactive virtual training focused on the structure, facilitation, and foundational principles of Family Reconstruction within the Satir Growth Model. You’ll learn how to prepare, hold, and sequence a reconstruction process—and explore what it takes internally and relationally to guide it with clarity and care.
