The Leadership Development Group is a professionally facilitated, application-driven forum designed for leaders who want to elevate their effectiveness, expand their leadership capacity, and navigate real-time challenges with confidence.
Rooted in the Satir Growth Model, this program integrates proven leadership frameworks with structured peer consultation and guided reflection. Participants will engage with a cross-sector cohort of experienced professionals, gaining insight and practical strategies for high-stakes leadership in dynamic systems.
This is not a theoretical seminar—it’s a leadership lab. Each session offers focused, real-time consultation on the challenges that matter most to you and your organization.

Facilitators
Joanne Perold is a trainer and facilitator with more than a decade applying the Satir Growth Model in leadership and organizational contexts across Africa and Europe. Known for helping leaders move through uncertainty with clarity, connection, and compassion, Joanne brings deep experience in supporting complex organizations to strengthen communication, relationships, and the capacity to navigate change with presence and intention.
Renée Prillaman, Ph.D. is a certified Satir Coach and Trainer with over 10 years of direct experience in Satir coaching and leadership development. Drawing on 40+ years in education—as a classroom teacher, university professor, school leader, and executive director—Renée brings both scholarly depth and real-world wisdom about how people grow. A Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and lifelong believer in the power of play and creativity, she coaches and trains leaders, entrepreneurs, and groups seeking to live and lead with authenticity, purpose, and sustainability.
Program Investment
The full year’s cost is $2,400, which equates to $100 per session for 24 meetings. Participation is an annual commitment.
