Location: VMSC Office Classroom, Chapel Hill, NC

Overview

There are moments in life when we realize we’ve been running on empty — stretched thin, out of sync, or just going through the motions. Grounded and Whole offers a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what truly sustains you.

Rooted in Virginia Satir’s Mandala of the Self, this in-person workshop invites you into a practical and meaningful exploration of the many parts that make up who you are — physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, and more. You’ll learn how to recognize what’s thriving, what’s being neglected, and how to realign with the parts of yourself that bring energy, clarity, and peace.

Through self-assessment, reflective exercises, small-group dialogue, and a brief embodied movement practice, you’ll create a personal “Mandala of You” — a snapshot of your inner landscape and a guide to help you move forward with more balance and intention. This is a space to reset, recharge, and return to yourself with compassion and authorship.

You’ll leave with practical tools, renewed insight, and a clearer sense of how to care for yourself in ways that are both sustainable and aligned with what matters most.
