Rooted in the Satir Growth Model and Satir Leadership Model, this three-day intensive blends practical tools with deep insight into human systems. You'll gain concrete strategies to improve productivity, strengthen team relationships, and lead in ways that are clear, congruent, and deeply human.
Grounded and Whole: Working with Satir’s Mandala for Everyday Life
Take a meaningful pause to reconnect with what sustains you. In this experiential workshop, you’ll explore Satir’s Mandala of the Self — a practical framework for restoring balance across all parts of your life. Through movement, reflection, and small-group conversation, you’ll create a personal “Mandala of You” and leave with fresh clarity and simple tools for everyday well-being.
