Fresh Eyes, Deep Roots: A Mini Satir Intensive

Three days to step into the Satir Growth Model — or step back into it at a new depth.
This Mini-Intensive is a hands-on, experiential program built around the model's core tools. It's kept small — no more than 15 participants — so you're working directly with the material, and with each other, not just watching from a seat in a crowd. As VMSC's last major training of 2026, it's offered this one time at a reduced price, led by Jean, Regina, and facilitators from VMSC's Legacy program.

Self-Esteem Tools and how they shape the way you show up
The Process of Change, and what it takes to move through it with intention
Congruence and the Coping Stances, and how they play out in real interactions
The Self Mandala and Parts Party, as ways to understand your own inner system
The Ingredients of an Interaction, and how to work with them in real time
The Temperature Reading, as a practice for staying connected under pressure

Meet Your Facilitation Team
You'll be held by an entire team of facilitators from VMSC's Legacy program — people who have spent the past two years training intensively and directly with Jean McLendon and Regina Taggart, and who have served as apprentices at the Fundamentally Satir Intensive itself. They bring a wide range of backgrounds and life experience, paired with a depth in the model that only two years under Jean and Regina can build.
This is a rare chance to learn from the next generation of Satir leaders — with Jean and Regina present and guiding every step of the way.

$200 for all three days — a significantly reduced fee. This training is also a real developmental opportunity for the facilitators, who are further building their teaching and facilitation skills by sharing the Satir Growth Model with you.
