The cost of this program is $6,700.
Participants may choose to pay in full or through a monthly payment plan of $670/month for 10 months.
Financial Aid Availability
A limited amount of financial aid is available to help make this training accessible to those who might otherwise find cost a barrier. Awards are determined based on financial need and potential impact.
Cancellation Policy
This program requires a minimum number of participants to run. If that minimum isn’t met, the program may be canceled and you’ll receive a full refund.
To receive a certificate of completion, you must participate in and complete the entire program. Certificates will not be issued for partial participation.
All payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel, withdraw, or do not complete the program for any reason, no refunds will be issued.
Meet your Trainer, Renee Prillaman, Ph.D
Renee (she/her) is a certified Satir Coach and Trainer with over 10 years experience supporting school leaders, entrepreneurs, individuals and groups seeking to live purposefully, authentically, and sustainably. She has more than 40 years experience as a teacher, school leader, and teacher educator and holds a M.Ed from the University of Louisville and a Ph.D in Curriculum & Instruction from UNC-Chapel Hill. Her experience includes coaching and training individuals in the Satir Model, facilitating coaching workshops at Satir Global Network and other Conferences, and leading Satir Coaching & Mentoring Specialist Certification Programs.

The key topics of the training are divided into three levels, each of which concludes with a written test with individual interview. The list of requirements for certification is:
Attend all workshop and zoom sessions or arrange make-up sessions in the case of a circumstance which requires your absence
Successfully complete the written test and interview session at the conclusion of each level
Recruit 3 people for one-on-one coaching and an additional 3-6 or more for a group to ensure experience in coaching individuals and groups. Participants will need to complete at least 6 sessions with each individual and with your group.
Obtain signed MOU’s from coachees and send them to the trainer.
Meet regularly with the trainer to consult regarding the coaching process
Submit a 20-minute video or audio recording, demonstrating coaching skills, along with an annotated transcript identifying the skills used
Submit 3 case reports to the trainer.

While this program does not offer NBCC credits, it does offer CEU’s of 43.5 contact hours.
